Trước đó, từ nguồn tin nhân dân và qua nhiều ngày theo dõi, ngày 11.1 đoàn kiểm tra liên ngành thú y H.Bình Chánh phối hợp cùng công an xã Vĩnh Lộc B (Bình Chánh) kiểm tra tại A7/13G1, ấp 1, xã Vĩnh Lộc B, phát hiện ông Nguyễn Văn Thắng và ông Nguyễn Văn Phú (tạm trú tại đây) đang thực hiện việc tẩm ướp, trữ đông thịt heo.
